I had taken pictures of the kids for the Valentine’s cards back in January. I had them hold out there hand like they were holding something and then I sized the pictures with a border and a little saying so that I could print them on wallet sized pictures. I had them printed at Costco then I cut them out and stuck a sucker in their hands.
On Valentine’s Day in the morning I cut out hearts and strung them on string and Greg helped me tape them to the kids’ doors for a heart attack! Our daycare was closed on Valentine’s day so Greg stayed with the kids for the first half of the day and I came home in the afternoon. My work was having a desert bar so I made a few things to bring. They did not turn out like I had wanted to this was plan D but in the end they looked pretty good and tasted awesome.
When I got home the kids and I went outside and drew on the side walk with chalk. When we were done with that we came inside and Jaelee painted a blue heart and then the kids cut out their own hearts from pink and red paper.
