I can’t believe I am this far behind on blogging.  Where does the time go?  Let’s see if I can get caught up before we get too far into summer.

For Easter this year we did our own thing at home.  The kids woke up first thing Easter morning and grabbed their new gardening tools to go shovel, rake and water the dirt.

Then we had an Easter egg hunt, where I went a little crazy on the eggs.  I bought more this year but we already had a bunch.  I think the kids each found 50 eggs a piece.

After egg hunting we took the kids to the movies to see the Croods.  It was a fun movie and both of them really liked it.

When we got home it was time to color eggs.  It seemed like this year they really liked it.  Jaelee wanted to do more and more.

At some point during the day the kids got a hold of my camera and took a few pictures.   Here are a few of them.

Greg also finished his first ever summer sausage. He made it from the deer meat we have. They turned out pretty good!
