The day after the Fourth of July we had to take Jaelee to the hospital for some testing.  She was getting several UTI’s and the doctor wanted to run some tests to make sure she wasn’t having kidney problems.  They had to put in a catheter and take some pictures of her insides.  I knew she was not going to like this so I elected for them to give her some medicine to subdue her.

While we were waiting for the medicine to kick in, her and Jayse hung out on her bed and watched Despicable Me.  When the medicine hit her it was kinda funny.  She was really loopy and saying the funniest things.  She couldn’t even hold her head up.

When they took her to the x-ray room and put the catheter in she screamed and kicked around.  It took me and 3 nurses to hold her down and get it in.  Once it was in she was fine.

We didn’t find out the results until a few days later.  Everything came back fine.  We still haven’t figured out what is causing her UTI’s and she recently had another one.
