On day 3 I had to get up early for my first session. I walked over the convention center and had a quick bit to eat before my first session. After my first session there was another general session at the Nokia Theater so I walked over there.
The general session this time was all about creativity and they had 4 guest speakers each professionals in different creative careers. The first was Ami Vitali and I had heard and seen her work before. She is an amazing photographer and it was really inspiring to hear why she takes the photos she does and her journey getting there. They had an illustrator that does amazing work as well. He does hilarious illustrations of political figures and celebrities that has been featured on magazine covers. Weird Al was also there talking about how he has stayed creative and inspired throughout his 30 year career. And last the creator of the Bully Project documentary. Each presenter was unique and inspiring I was glad to be there.
After the general session it was lunch and then I had a few more sessions before the Max Sneak Peaks and the Max Bash. Max Sneaks was also amazing. Before the Sneak Peak they had beer and wine available in the lobby. For the presentation they had the engineers come out and show the new and exciting things they were working on. The co-host for this event was the actor Joseph Gordin-Leavitt. I didn’t think he really added too much to it but overall it 2as really cool to see the new stuff they were working on.
After the Sneak Peaks they told us to walk outside to a parking lot to the Max Bash. It was awesome. It was one of those events that you see on tv. They had tents and lights everywhere. Music playing and food galore. It was awesome! There were a couple of guys creating a candy sculpture and treats hanging from trees. I ate a bunch of great food and talked with people from all over. A dance party was started by a couple of older guys. It was a blast! After eating and mingling they had a concert from Kings of Leon. It was one of the most fun events I have ever been too!
