We are at the hospital for Jayse’s 3rd surgery so while I wait I thought it would be a good time to catch up on the blog.

For the kids birthday this year we didn’t do much between moving, soccer and school ending we didn’t have much time to plan anything.  I had a couple of cakes made for them, we hung up a banner and got them a few presents.  In loo of a birthday party we told them we would take them to the water park instead.  It was pretty simple.  We came home after work/daycare and sang happy birthday and ate cake.  They opened their presents and then we went outside and tried out their new skates.  I am really proud of those 2, they are growing so fast and becoming such great young people.
