We were lucky enough to go to Oregon the week after Jayse’s surgery to see family and attend a wedding.  We left on Saturday and drove through the state.  Most times when we go it’s after work and have to hurry or it’s dark and late and there’s no where to stop.  This time we took our time driving.  We were able to stop in Bend and have lunch at Jake’s.  It was a nice drive and we saw 3 deer walking through a town.

We arrived in Reedsport fairly early and were able to go down to the beach to crab.  However once we got to the beach it was a bit cold and we didn’t end up crabbing.  We did however, get to go out to Brians for a bon fire.  Where we made smores and Wah Dingers.  The kids just ran around in the dark having a great time playing with each other.
