This year Jayse was old enough to start flag football and wanted to give it a try.  The league he is in is called Optimist and they also have cheerleaders so Jaelee wanted to try cheerleading.

Their practices started in early August.  Jaelee had cheer camp the middle of August.  It was just one day but a lot went into it.  They decorated camp shirts days before camp and day of camp each team decorated some tents.  There were some pretty extravagant ones.

I stayed to watch Jaelee for a bit but then had to leave to take Jayse to Cole’s birthday party.  I dropped him off and ran some errands and then went back to watch Jaelee for a few more minutes before it was over.

She had a lot of fun!
