For the kids fifth games we were lucky that they were on the same field again.  Jayse’s was first.  A couple of the girls from the neighborhood came with us.  It was pretty cold out and we didn’t plan very well for it.  I had some blankets in my car but Jayse was freezing so I had to run home and get him a shirt to put under his uniform.  While there I grabbed a few jackets for the girls.  They were all wearing Jayse’s jackets huddled in blankets.

Jayse I felt didn’t get to play much in this game. It seemed like he was only in the game for a few plays.  He was trying hard though and almost got a flag.  You can spot him in the photos he’s number 12.

Jaelee had a fun time cheering.  They did a cute half time dance and handed out some spirit sticks.

After the games we were pretty cold so I thought it would be fun to go swimming at the hot springs.  I made a deal with the kids that if they did the dishes and cleaned up the living room we would go.

The kids all had fun swimming and we of course had to get popsicles.
