On April 1st a house that we had looked at 3 weeks earlier price dropped and at that point we thought it was worth it to put in an offer on it.  We had put in offers on 5 other homes only to have them go to multiple bids and end up being bid out of those houses.  We had liked this house but just thought at the price it was originally at wasn’t worth it.  So when the price dropped we went for it.

The next day on April 2nd our offer was accepted!  After a long month and half of looking at houses and making multiple offers this was so exciting.  We decided to celebrate on April 3rd by spending a day at the lake.

It was so nice.  I brought my beach umbrella, a lounge chair & my kindle and just sat there and read.  Jaelee and Jayse played in the water and sand.  Greg worked with the dogs on retrieving and he fished.  It was as great day and awesome way to celebrate having our offer accepted on a home.
