Farmstead

It was getting close to Halloween and we hadn’t done a lot of our traditional things yet. In fact we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to decorate our house this year, bummer.

We only had the Saturday before Halloween to go to the Farmstead so we went. What a crazy decision that was. It was so busy. The kids had to stand in long lines just to do anything. It made it not very fun. We ran into a bunch of people we knew though including Jess and her whole family. Seems everyone had a busy October and couldn’t get there until then either.

We didn’t get to do a lot of the stuff we usually do there, like go to the pumpkin patch and pick out our pumpkins. Greg had been growing a couple of pumpkins so we had a few but it would of bee nice to get a few more.

The kids did a few things, we grabbed some of our favorite donuts and then we left.

While Greg and Jayse were in line for a ball blasting course Jaelee did a slide and road the cow barrels.

It seems just like yesterday I had to little ones in the cow barrels, like this. Where has the time gone?

After her short rideon the cows we went to where Greg and Jayse were waiting for the ball blasting course. They had to wait a bit longer but finally got to go in. Jaelee and I watched them.
