Jaelee joined choir this year and luckily while Grandma was here she had a performance and was able to go. Her teacher is new to teaching I believe she said this is her first year. I am really grateful Jaelee has the opportunity to be in choir because she loves it. However, there were a few hiccups for the performance. I think as the teacher gets more experience she’ll work them out.

They had 2 performances in 1 night. The first one was at the school district Christmas party. The teacher had told me there may not be very much room for parents to come watch at this location because of all the other teachers that would be in attendance so just I went. The kids ended up performing on the stairs, they all looked really great. The teacher got there a bit late, we had to all hang out for a bit. When she got there and they got ready to perform she announced that the music wasn’t working on the laptop she brought so they were all going to sing acapella. They did great, you could tell Jaelee didn’t know some of the lyrics, probably didn’t help without music, ha.

After that performance we had to rush to the next location, it was at a nursing home by the school. We meet Greg, Grandma and Jayse there. Jaelee and I were the first to get there. It was rush hour traffic so it took everyone a while to get there. Again a few hiccups at this location but overall they did great.

I didn’t take very many photos because I mostly took video, it took FOREVER to get those videos uploaded so enjoy.
