On Sunday we decided to take the kids fishing, I wasn’t thrilled about this because to me fishing is boring and with kids it’s kinda just a pain. The lines are constantly getting stuck or caught, bait falls off and hooks get snagged. It was pretty much how I described. The husbands dealt with the fishing problems while Amy and I bathed in the sun. The only one to catch a fish was Jaelee. Somehow a couple of guys next to us were catching fish like crazy but we couldn’t get much.

We watched an osprey dive into the water for a fish. We also saw a blue heron. That was pretty cool.

After a few hours we went back to Amy’s for a BBQ and some bad mitten. It was a lot of fun and the food was delicious. Not a bad way to spend the weekend.
