This year for the kids birthday parties they wanted to both go to Wahooz with their friends. Greg had to work that day but my mom came up and was able to help me at Wahooz.

All the kids wanted for their birthdays this year was bikes. So that’s what we got them. We decided to give them to them on the day of their party instead of on their actual birthday. Greg spent the night before putting the bikes together at a friends house. They turned out really great and the bikes fit the kids personalities perfectly. I caught their reaction to seeing them on video since Greg couldn’t be there.

After they saw their bikes they had to ride them around for a bit. They both loved them!

We didn’t have much time to ride the bikes because we needed to get to Wahooz. We stopped and picked up their cakes along the way. Having a party at Wahooz is pretty great. They take care of everything for you. They kept the kids entertained, served the food & drinks, brought the kids their presents, offered to keep track of who they were from, cut and served the cake and sang 2 birthday songs. I kinda loved not having to do anything, I was able to enjoy and get a few pictures.

After food, cake & ice cream we let the kids lose to go play. The girls went right to the bumper boats. I’m not sure where the boys went but I found them later on the rock walls.

Jayse was so excited to be able to drive a go cart by himself. Cole & his friend though were not tall enough to drive their own, luckily by that time Greg and showed up and he was able to drive a car with Jayse. Cole & Mark played mini golf while they waited in line and finally drove some cars. The girls drove the smaller/slower go carts and then went in to play the arcade games.

I think everyone had a pretty good time.

That evening my brothers came over and rode bikes with the kids and then we roasted marshmallows.

For the actual day of their birthday we went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

I did mini cakes for the kids and I loved how they turned out.
