This year for the Fourth of July we started with a movie. We went and saw the new Spiderman movie. It was really good! We all liked it.

After the movie we stopped at the store to grab a side for the BBQ we were going to. In the parking lot Jaelee found some broken sunglasses. Greg popped the one lens that was left out and Jaelee wore those things for the rest of the day. You’ll see they were quit something, ha!

We went to Greg’s friends for a BBQ and swimming. We had a great time. The kids swam the whole time. Which kinda became this summer’s theme. We swam a lot!

We left the BBQ at dusk to head to Darin and Jess’s for fireworks. They and their neighbors had a ton! There were so many kids running around with fireworks. I have to say it gave me some anxiety, I was nervous someone was going to get hurt but no one did and we all had fun and they put on a great show!
