This year for our Christmas card I knew I wanted it to be awkward and 80s themed. Jaelee and I went on a shopping trip to DI to find outfits. We found plenty there, ha! I ordered wigs online for Greg & Jayse to have mullets and glasses for me, I found glasses for Greg at the dollar store. I had figured I could curl my hair in tight curls to make it poofy and look permed. I even slept in sponge curlers over nigt. I have a green screen that I put up on our deck. On the day I wanted to take the pictures my hair was not cooperating. I could not get it to poof, it lost it’s curl but we took the pictures anyway.

I ended up feeling like in the pictures my hair didn’t look 80s enough so I ended up ordering a wig for myself and we took pictures again in a couple weeks.

For round 2, when I put my wig on it wouldn’t fit with all my hair under it so I put my hair in a high pony and let some of my hair hang out. It didn’t match the wig so I had to match them in photoshop.

So glad my family is good sports about this.
