McCall Winter Carnival Day 3 – Year 7

On our last day in McCall we had to clean the house before we left, while we did the kids went outside to sled down a big snow pile. Then we decided to go back to the hot springs, Amy and the boys hadn’t been there and they really wanted to. We had a great time, it was pretty packed though. Normally we change before we go but we didn’t so we had to use the changing yurt and it was packed. It was butt to butt in there, LOL. Jaelee wasn’t quit comfortable changing in front of all the nakedness so we waited for a private room to change in. It was an interesting experience for her. Greg didn’t love that it was packed – he lasted about 45 minutes and then said he was going to go sit in the car and play solitaire on his phone. As long as he was ok with doing that and fine that we wanted to stay for a while longer I said go for it.

It was nice for Amy and I to get some time to chat. The kids were playing in the lower pools. It was raining and snowing which I love when we are at a hot springs, there is something more magical about it. We hung out for hours after Greg had left. Eventually we had enough and met Greg at the car. He had made sandwiches for us while at the car, it was a nice surprise because we were all getting hungry. It was another great year up in McCall.
