This year Halloween was so different. Both the kids had plans with their friends. In fact Jaelee had 2 friend parties to go to. She went to a costume party on Friday night with a group of friends and had a blast! Then on Saturday she had another friend party to go to. They went trick or treating and made crafts. She had a lot of fun!

Jayse had a sleep over at his friends house, they did nothing but play video games all night.

It was so weird not having the kids around for Halloween. We’ve been going to Darin’s to go trick or treating with a big group of kids for years. I missed it. Greg and I decided to go over to Darin’s to see all the other kids and say hi. We then went home and hung out together. We got a few trick or treaters. Which was fun. We haven’t been at our house ever for trick or treaters.

It was sad and I miss the kids being young but I do like seeing them grow and who they are turning into. I also remember being their age and how fun it was to start doing those things with friends.

Jayse didn’t dress up this year so I only have a few photos of Jaelee dressed up. She was a broken creepy porcelain doll. She came up with the idea and her whole costume on her own. Love how creative she is.
