This year for Mother’s Day I bought myself a patio table and chairs. I wanted one on our lower deck. I found one on a great sale and bought it. The night before Mother’s Day the kids put it together in the garage while Greg worked on the handle of his knife and gluing the blade into it.

On Mother’s Day we went to the movie to see the new Dr. Strange (may be unpopular but I didn’t love it) I hated the villain and it was just too out there for me. BTW I love theaters now, the reclining heated seats, the room and the fact that I can’t see a single person in front of me. It’s great!

Usually I use the day to take pictures of the kids for their yearly photos but I can’t remember why now but we didn’t have time.
