Wow still can’t believe we have nieces and nephews old enough to graduate high school, let alone have kids like our nephew Andy. Our niece Mya graduated high school in May! I remember meeting her for the first time when she was 3. Sitting in the back of the car in her car seat just chatting away. Now she is a beautiful, down to earth, spunky young adult.
I meet Mya when Greg and I flew over to Oregon for Thanksgiving the year the kids were born. Here’s a couple pictures of her from then.
The weekend started with family coming into town. Wish I would of took some pictures with us all hanging out for dinner Friday but some times I just get caught up in the moment and don’t think about it.
Saturday we just hung out in the morning. We thought with Mya’s school being so big the graduation would be hours so we decided to go later with her name being a T. Turns out we were really wrong. Steve couldn’t get in because of a pocket knife and Greg couldn’t get in with his loud horn. LaRee, Jaelee and I went in and we didn’t even make it to the seats when we heard them announce Mya’s name. LaRee and I stopped right there in the aisle threw our cameras up and snagged a few pictures of her walking across the stage. It was crazy! The whole graduation was 1.5 hours! So quick.
After her graduation we went outside to meet her and take some classic grad pics. Greg, Jayse and Braydon had gone back to Darin’s house since they missed everything. After we got a few pictures we took off to, to head to their house.
Mya’s grad party was at the Clubhouse in these nice apartments called the Lofts. Darin’s company had built them and he had the hook up! It was an amazing space. The kids had fun socializing, playing pool, swimming. It was raining like crazy when we left. We had to run to the cars.
Sunday was filled with more family time that I didn’t get pictures of again, dang it!
Glad we got to spend time with everyone and congrats to Mya!
Not sure how she walked in those shoes!
Love the girl in front of Mya that has her phone taking selfies the whole time!
Had to steal some of these pics from LaRee, thanks!

Love all the pictures!!
