The first Varsity football game of the season was before school even started. The Marching Band was not ready to perform at half time so they just played pep band for the game. It was so fun seeing Jaelee at her first football game. Still just wrecks my mind that these kids are in high school!

After the game the band went to IHOP – which is their tradition. I dropped Jaelee and Mark off after the game and Mark’s dad picked them up. It took so long to get their food that they had to ask for it to go when they finally got it.

She had a great time for her first game!

Just love seeing that smile on her face. She has LOVED band. I can’t even describe how much she loves it. It fits her so well. I have to say the band environment is so welcoming and friendly. We have enjoyed it right along side her.
