Monday we just hung around Brandi’s place – much needed. She made frozen pizzas that were delicious! On Tuesday it was time for us to head back. It wasn’t too bad. We all got to sit by each other again. Going through customs in Seattle was probably the best we’ve gone through. However security took forever and we missed our connecting flight home. Greg was at the end and he was on edge. Luckily we were able to get a flight just an hour later. It gave us time to go sit somewhere and eat. We had a pretty easy flight home.

I put together all of the video I took:

Overall we had a pretty good trip. We all agreed the food in the German Christmas market was the best. We loved the look and people in Amsterdam. Most everyone there spoke English and was very friendly.

Paris we are still iffy about. It was beautiful but was our least favorite. It is crowded with lots of people. It was the first time we felt we needed to be on guard of our possessions and kids. We used the metro a lot that was dirty and smelly and the people were probably the least friendly. I read a blog post that said what not to do on a trip to Paris and we pretty much did everything on it. We probably didn’t give enough time to any place to fully experience it. For now I can say I’ve checked Paris off my bucket list.
