For our second event with the Boise Camera Club we got to go to a ballet dress rehearsal to take photos. I’ll admit I was a bit bored. I’ve been to a lot of my kids programs so I kinda new how to photograph in those conditions. Also they kept starting and stopping to make adjustments (which I get) but I was bored. So I tried using different lens and getting different shots. Maybe their feet since they are ballerinas. It really didn’t work very well. It was hard to get pictures over the heads of all the other photographers that were there and to stop the motion in such low light conditions without lots of blur. I didn’t have a single image that I was like oh wow that was good.

The highlight of the night however was meeting more members and talking with them. I look forward to more events.
