On Sunday we took the train up to Lugano Switzerland. It was Father’s Day so we took a break from it being a girls trip and Ryan and Jayden came with us.
Lake Lugano is very close to Lake Como in Italy and besides the flags it wasn’t much different than Italy.
You could tell there was a lot of money there. Lots of fancy cars, high end shopping and very expensive food.
We had a great time though. We walked around the town for a bit and then decided to rent a boat for an hour.
I love boats so I was so excited. In order to get a boat without a license we had to get a small one and it went slow. So slow in fact that Jayden drove us almost the whole time. It was lovely being out on the water anyway. The lake was this beautiful green color.

I love Fanta, it’s so much better over in Europe.

After our boat ride we went and got lunch. Brandi and I got chicken in a basket. I figured it would be like they are in the US but it was literally half a chicken in a basket in a curry sauce. It was delicious after it cooled down enough for me to pick some chicken off.

We rode a tram back up the hill to where the train was.

Swiss chocolate. I bought the salted caramel to bring home and try.

I love hard ciders, you can not find them in Italy but we found one in Switzerland!
