We fell in love with Bruschetta while in Europe. We make it at home now all the time.

While on a walk at work I cam across these huge bumble bees in some flowers. Just snapped a few photos.

We had strange weather for August. Usually it’s hot hot hot. It was very mild this year and we even got a lot of rain. It was raining one night when I picked Jaelee up from Marching Band practice.

Jaelee is obsessed with mushrooms right now. She drew this picture and I loved it.

Was even cool enough in the morning Greg and I could enjoy the hot tub.

We had a double rainbow. I used my long lens to get a close up of it.

We had an incredible lightening storm. I’ve never seen one like that. There was no thunder. In fact you could hear the crickets while it was going on. The lightening was non stop. It was so cool.

It was Jaelee’s turn to mow the lawn and she procrastinated so much that she ended up having to finish it in the dark.

We found the kids taking a nap in Jaelee’s bed…ahh miss when they would do this all the time.
