We went to my friend Theresa’s for a BBQ Labor Day weekend. We had a good time. They have a beautiful house and pool. Her kids are the cutest too!

I didn’t make it to the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic this year but I did get to see the balloons early Saturday morning on my way to an appointment.

The kids hadn’t driven a stick shift in a while so I thought it would be a good idea to get out and practice some more. I took Jaelee in the car and Greg took Jayse in the truck. They both did really well! I think they got it. Jaelee and I even went through a drive through and got some McD’s breakfast.

We made our own Olive Garden soup, salad and breadsticks. Gotta say it was pretty good!

Marching band practice, every Tuesday and Thursday.

Jayse’s injury after a game. He said it was gushing blood. Not my favorite part about sports.

We were picking Jaelee up from practice, Jayse was hanging out my sun roof and the sky was this beautiful blue. I had to take some photos.

Greg and Jayse went out fishing and caught some bass.

I tried a hair do I saw on Instagram, didn’t quit turn out like it did on the girls from the videos. You can see Greg peeping in to see what the heck I’m doing.

I had to document how tan my legs got. They never tan but this year I was outside a lot and they got some color!

Our green beans came in strong! Love how beautiful this is and blocks our hoarder neighbors backyard.

I got to go to a photo studio for a shoot they were doing for my work. I LOVED it. I loved the creative feel, the energy, talking photography, see the stylist work. Seriously loved it.

Again, how can he sleep like this. He was about to fall off the couch.

Our broccoli got covered in thousands of these bugs. Sad just as they were about to produce some crowns.

Jayse likes the shorter shorts but he didn’t like the feel of a couple of pairs I got him so I told Greg he should wear them. I love them on him, shows a little more leg. He wore them to go hiking. I tried to get some pictures of them on him….he was not helping.

That time of year where I spend a lot of time on the deck. I woke up grabbed some apples and hung out there for breakfast with a little fire.

You have to zoom in but it had been raining and there were 100s of worms on the driveway. Jaelee thought it was the grossest thing and didn’t want to go out there.
