We had prepped a good amount of dinner the day before (LaRee made a zillion pies!) so Thanksgiving was pretty chill.
Greg went out and put up a storage tent for her parents. I took a hyperlapse video of it. Never done one before so I thought it would be a good chance to try it.
You can see all that excitement here:
I had lasik surgery the week before and couldn’t put make up on until Thanksgiving day. I had to document wearing mascara again!
LaRee and I took a trip to Lake Marie to get some fresh air, take a walk and take pictures. We were lucky that we had some sun. It is a really beautiful lake. We spotted so many different kind of mushrooms. Wished Jaelee was there with us, she is obsessed with mushrooms right now. She didn’t feel like going though.
When we got back it was time to get dinner all done. Here’s a preview of all the pies.
LaRee showed Jaelee how to make little yarn hats. She became obsessed and made a whole bunch.
So much food! It was so delicious, very grateful for it and all the work that goes into it.
