Jaelee’s first track meet was actually the 2nd. She had been sick and didn’t get enough practices before the 1st one. This meet was at Timberline. She did discus first. She threw pretty good but I think she was overthinking her technique and didn’t throw over any PRs.

It is starting to get a bit warmer but we were still covered in blankets, the sun was nice but the windy makes it cold. I have been really busy at work and barely got away to make it to her track meet. Between discus and shot I went back to my car to warm up and work. Greg text me when it was time for shot.

Shot has never been Jaelee’s favorite but she has a goal this year to get a PR in shot. She did her best but didn’t get a PR this time.
