Our second day on the cruise was at sea. Greg and I got up early and decided to go to the back of the boat and get in the hot tub. We were the only ones out there. We saw whale spouts all over while we were out there. It was so neat seating out there in the hot tub watching whales.
When everyone was up we went to breakfast, this is Jayse’s meaty plate.

After breakfast Jaelee, LaRee and I went to an oragami class. I believe Jayse went to the gym and Greg and Steve went to the casino.

LaRee and I went to a presentation by the boat’s naturalist. It was our trip, what animals and sites we may see, when is the best time to see them and from where on the boat is the best view. It was very informative. I’m so glad we went.
The naturalist had a map outside the theater that had the notes of the best times for sites and animals.

In the afternoon, we went out to the front of the boat for a bit to spot whales and we got to see a bunch. They were all pretty far away.

I love that Jaelee took a picture of the hall. It was so long. Greg and I thought for sure we were walking half a mile each time we had to walk the whole thing. We measured it with our watches and turns out it was only .15 of a mile.

Had to get an ice cream treat.

Got a moment of them being friendly and laughing with each other.

The buffet was very good. We always had a lot of options for meals. As you can see the desserts were amazing as well.

That nights entertainment was a soft opera. I’m not a huge fan of opera but figured we might as well go. It was pretty good. The boys decided to go do something else and didn’t attend this one.
