Night on a hill was moved to Thursday this year so the band could attend the President’s Marine band that was in town on Friday night. My mom, Jaelee and I got to go. They were so impressive. My favorite was a song they played from Hook.

The D3 competition is one of my favorites of the season. It’s so much fun and to see the performance from up high you can really see all the movements.

We got lucky this year and it wasn’t freezing cold. We had pretty good weather. My mom and I went early so we could watch all the big bands. We stayed to watch BSU and the awards. Greg and Jayse had been hunting but they made it back to watch the performance and left right after it.

On Sunday we all went to breakfast before my mom went back home.
