The land we had looked at in December became ours on Jan, 16th! It all came together pretty nicely. We did have some property line questions. We paid for a surveyor to get those cleared up and felt good enough moving forward.

The same day we closed on the land I purchased a camper from an auction. Greg and I went and picked it up. It was a gamble because it was from the auction but it turned out to be a great gamble. Everything in it works! Can’t wait to use it on the property – once we clear a spot.

We are going to be there a lot this year.

On the day we closed went and had dinner out to celebrate.
