I received another alert that there was a strong chance for Northern Lights. I can’t pass those up so I headed out to Horseshoe Bend. I went out there twice last year. I was surprised that there were so many other people out there. I was hoping to park just off the highway but it was pretty full so I went to my other spot. I did get to see some action but it didn’t last long. I got a couple of pictures and tried to do another time lapse. Sadly, I didn’t have my settings correct on the time lapse and the Northern Lights are barely visible in it and it’s ended up being less then a second so it’s just a blip.

As I was packing up I saw this orb glowing in the sky. I could see it with my own eyes. I quickly took a picture of it and then it was gone. Kinda cool.
