Bittersweet moment – Jayse’s last football game. The last 2 years were not the most fun. This one was a bit better but we still lost every single game. I have enjoyed seeing him play so much. I’m so proud that he decided to play the last season and have played for all 4 years. It takes a lot to keep showing up to practice and games knowing your likely going to lose but Jayse and a lot of the seniors did just that.

This last game was against Borah. It’s my least favorite place. They play at a field that is partnered with BSU so they go by their rules. No cameras, no bags, no leaving, it’s just not fun.

I was sad not to have my camera for the last game but I got some pictures from my phone.

During the game there were 1000’s of small bugs flying around the lights, it started raining bugs as they got close to the lights and died. They were literally falling on everyone’s heads a lot of people moved but Greg said it was fine. Luckily after a while the bug rain slowed.

The game was ok. Jayse did really well. He was tackling a lot of people. Borah hadn’t won any games either so again, I thought we might have a chance to win at least one game. Sadly, we lost again 34-21.

I told Jayse I wanted some pictures after the game. I was hoping to get a picture of him with my mom who was at the game, a picture with me, a picture with his girlfriend but he didn’t remember that. I litterally had to shove people out of the way as I ran out of the bleachers and to the players. I’m running towards him pleading with Jayse stop. He didn’t want to but his friend Tyson made him. So I was able to get 1 pictures of Jayse and Tyson and he was done. Glad I at least got one picture of him and Tyson at their very last game.
