We have had quit a few fires around here because of lightening and humans.  One in particular was huge and was a little too close to home. It was in the Owyhee’s and near a lot of my friends homes and families as well as near my cousins home.  Luckily the firefighters were able to control it.  I am so grateful to all those that helped not just that fire but for every fire!

It looked like the fire was getting close to where I went to high school and to my cousins so I drove out there to take a look.  It was actually a bit farther than it looked.  I grabbed a few pictures while I was out there.
