For our second day at Universal we rode there on a shuttle, thank goodness because I don’t think my feet would of made it walking there another day.  Since we rode a shuttle we got there pretty early, we knew we wanted to do the Minion ride very first before the line got too long.

We were lucky the line was only 20 minutes long.   It was a lot of fun and I’m glad we got to go.

After the Minion ride we hoped over to the Island of Adventure side to get on some rides over there.  The first ride Greg wanted to go on was this huge roller coaster.  Jayse did not want to go on it so I told him I would stay with him and Jaelee wanted to go on.  So her and Greg went.  I can’t believe that girl was brave enough to go on there.  It went straight up and then down but she was excited about it.  When they got off the ride she said it was awesome.

After the roller coaster we went from park to park hitting rides we hadn’t been on yet.  We made it to the Dr. Seuss area and the kids loved it.  We had lunch in the Circus McGurkus.

As it was getting later the weather was getting worse.  We were over in the Jurassic Park area and it started to get rainy.  Jaelee and Greg were in line for a ride and it got shut down because of lightning in the area.  We had been to all the rides we wanted so we decided to head out.

I thought it would be fun to head over to Disney Springs and eat dinner at the Rain Forest or T-Rex restaurant.  When we got there both restaurants had an 1 hour 45 minute wait.  We were too hungry to wait that long so we walked around looking for somewhere else to eat but everything was super busy.  So then we decided to just do a quick trip through the Disney store and head out to eat somewhere else.

It turns out the Disney store is super busy as well.  It took us forever to get through it and then stand in line for the one thing we found for Jaelee that wasn’t bank breaking.  Jayse couldn’t find anything in the store so Greg took him over to the lego store while Jaelee and I took a break.  While I was taking her picture by the Disney store she was photo bombed by the security guard.

After getting Jayse something we headed back to the car.  We figured we would find somewhere to eat on our way back to the hotel but everywhere just looked busy and I was starving.  Not to mention completely exhausted.  In the end we wound up back at Burger King.  We brought it back to our room and ate dinner and went right to bed.
