Sunday morning I was able to go with the girls and LaRee and Steve to Art by the Bay. I love looking at the art, crafts and jewelry. There was a couple of guys playing some music by the playground. I really enjoyed them. We grabbed some lunch and sat there listening to the music while the girls played on the playground.

After that we headed to the beach. The kids played in sand and water. The kids and mostly Darin built a fort.

After the beach Greg and I went for a drive tot he elk viewing area. I wanted to get a picture of the elk. We had tried at different times but they were far away in the back of the park. They still weren’t that close but I took a few shots anyway.

Back at the house the kids were swimming. We all had dinner together and took our annual family photo. The guys worked on finishing the siding on the house and I took photos of a deer. I think it’s funny to see a giant whale sculpture in the back of someones yard.

There was a major heat wave going through and it was hot in the house. Greg chose to sit outside where it was cooler. I had to get some pictures of all the crab Scott was eating, Greg sitting outside where it was cooler and then Scott creeping over there to fart in the door opening where Greg’s face was. It was all pretty funny and had each of us laughing so hard.
