Once again we got our pumpkin carving done just in time, we did it the night before Halloween. We ran to get some pumpkins and the first store we went to was all out. We found some slim pickins at the grocery store.

Jaelee knew exactly what she wanted to carve in her pumpkin and whipped it right out. I had no idea and pulled some ideas from pinterest. I ended up going with a ghost and cutting the bottom of the pumpkin off, which actually made gutting it really easy. Jayse and Greg picked patterns from the books we have and then cut theirs out. Jayse picked one that had a lot of carving so he ended up getting help from dad to finish his.

We kept the seeds for Greg to bake, which he did and then took them all hunting with him and ate them all before any of us got any! Such a Greg move! Gonna have to guard those better next year.
