The first day of middle school I was able to drop the kids off. They were scared. They had gone to a charger camp but it was not what we were expecting and they hadn’t found where some of their classes were. Jaelee didn’t even know where her first class was. They also for the first time would be riding a bus.

They made it through just fine though. Jaelee asked a teacher right away for a map and was able to find her class with no problem. Jayse went to the wrong class twice during the day but was able to find the class and get back on track. They both survived and said it was fine. Neither of them have any of their friends in any of their classes but they are in 1 class together.

Now that they’ve been going for a few weeks they are just fine. They seem to like it, minus all the homework.
