I have to say this was probably my favorite day. So much so that I have to split this into 2 posts. I took so many dang pictures. Again the weather was beautiful which just enhances all the fun we had!

Darin and his fam rented some quads so we all went down to the dunes to ride and play. Grandma and Grandpa brought their four wheeler and side by side.

I really did not enjoy my rides on the dunes. There was too many dang people. I was terrified someone was going to crash, luckily no one did. What I did love though is seeing everyone have fun. All the cousins hanging out. The different groups that would go out together and the ones that would hang back.

Greg mostly drove a couple of the kids around in the side by side. I drove once with Jaelee and Jayse and they said my driving was boring and they wanted to go back with dad, LOL.

I did go out with Greg and Jayse once and I was terrified even though Greg took it pretty easy for me. I will say though the landscape and the view was worth it.

We brought our GoPro with us and were able to get some video and pictures, that was fun.

We wouldn’t let Jayse drive a four wheeler because it was so soon after his ear surgery so Greg let him drive the side by side with him a couple times. Towards the end though I let him drive the smaller four wheeler Cole had been riding near the parking lot.

After the dunes we went back to the house and all had dinner together after which we took our annual family picture. This one I will admit was not the best. The lighting was just not right for any of the backgrounds we wanted. We ended up on the hill with a car in the background. Oh well at least we got one.

Which by the way when we came home and I was editing the picture Greg was hovering by me. When I was done I sent the picture to LaRee and immediately Greg was like did you see it? I was like what? I looked at the picture again and said, what Braydon’s shorts are as long as his shirt? He shook his head and pointed to Darin! OMG his bare butt side was showing. Greg made sure not to tell me until after I had sent the picture to his mom. Then he would not let me text and tell her!

Luckily in 1 of my test photos I had a good enough shot that I could replace him and clean up the photo. THANKS DARIN! I’ll be watching you next year!
