Carving Pumpkins

This year again nobody but me wanted to go to the pumpkin patches. So we ended up going to the grocery store and getting pumpkins. By the time we did, there were only huge pumpkins left. I didn’t want to do a big one so I picked a pumpkin with a lot of warts on it, so did Jayse.

We invited my brothers over, Holden’s girlfriend Teaven & Cole happened to be spending the night. I gotta say those pumpkins with the warts – which I love their character are not for carving. It was incredibly hard to get the top cut off. Gutting it was about the same but carving was a no. I managed to carve a few little spikes on the top and that was it. Jayse just carved a whole into his. Everyone else carved some pretty great pumpkins.
