Saturday was the Patriot Invite. It’s a big track meet hosted by Centennial. Most of the schools in the valley attend. It’s by “invite” so you have to be in the top of your field to attend. Jaelee didn’t make it for discus but she did for shot.

It’s very busy with so many people around. We got there early enough that we could watch Jaelee’s boyfriend Brennan throw in shot. Then the girls were up. Jaelee’s best throw was 26’8″ putting her in 21st overall.
