Greg and I have been trying different things and one of those is Pickleball. I actually really like it and have found I can actually get into a rhythm and hit the ball back. Still working on my serve but getting better. I thought it would be fun to play in pairs so I managed to talk Jaelee and Brennan into coming with us, too. It was Jaelee’s first time playing, so she was definitely learning as she went.

She started out a little rough, but before long she was starting to get the hang of it. There are definitely a few things to figure out when you first start playing!

After a while, Jaelee and I took a break and let Greg and Brennan play against each other.

It quickly became pretty obvious that those two have a lot more skill than we do.

We had a really good time, though, and I could definitely see this becoming something we do more often once the weather cools down a little.

It’s always fun finding something new we can all enjoy together.

As were leaving we looked at the sun and it was this bright pink/orange color because of all the smoke.
