This year for Mother’s Day I wanted to go to CJ Strike and take pictures of the birds or go out in the boat or go paddleboarding/kayaking. For one reason or another those didn’t work out. So we just stayed home. I got a relaxing day in the pool in my new floaty – it takes up almost the whole pool. The kids made me breakfast, lunch and dinner. Greg and the kids went to the store and did the grocery shopping for the week. They got me a nice hanging flower.

It was a good day.
