Jaelee had her last track meet at Centennial High School which meant it was senior night! It’s hard to believe we were already at senior night! They were doing the senior portion towards the end of the meet so we got to watch her throw first.

She threw discus first. Overall she did well. She threw 78’6″ and got 7th place.

Next was shot, she threw 26’8″ and placed 3rd overall! Shot really was her sweet spot this year.

Jayse and his girlfriend Emma came to the meet. It was cold and they were not prepared. Luckily I had a large jacket in my car we were able to get for the to share.

We didn’t have to wait long for the senior portion. They gathered all the seniors out in the middle of the field and introduced them one by one. They had each filled out a quick questionnaire prior to the meet. About what their plan is after high school and favorite memories. I took a video of it I’ll have to add. Jaelee said her plan after high school was to get a job and start making money, LOL.

They had a photographer taking pictures of each of the kids and then a group. So glad they send these out to the parents. It was emotional seeing her out there and knowing we were close to the end. Proud that she did track and glad she had fun.
